Order Processing

Most orders are prepared and ready to ship within approximately 5–7 business days. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

During periods of high demand or around holidays, additional processing time may be required.

After your order is ready to ship, standard U.S. shipping typically takes approximately 2–7 business days. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Delays

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, product availability, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times. Once an order has shipped, carrier transit times are outside Comfortably Liquid's direct control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@comfortablyliquid.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or shipped.
